Moving in

Move-ins are only possible from the start of the contract and only on working days during the working hours of the caretaker. If your contract starts on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, you can only move in on the next working day. Please refer to your move-in letter for details.

Unfortunately, this is not possible, as the rooms are usually rented until the last day before the new tenant moves in.

After you have received an offer from us, you can only collect your key on working days during the caretaker’s working hours from the start of the contract.

You have 2 weeks from the day you move in to report any damage to your room to the caretaker.

No, but for a fee of 55€ we will provide you with a pillow, a blanket, bed covers and a fitted sheet.
