Techem smoke alarm
What to do with a defective smoke alarm device:
- DO NOT try to repair the smoke detector yourself!
- In case of damage, you will be liable for the costs incurred.
- If the smoke alarm is defective, remove it from the mounting plate by turning it to the left.
- Take the defective smoke alarm to your caretaker.
- Leave your contact details with the caretaker (telephone number, e-mail, address, etc.).
- The caretaker will arrange an appointment for you to replace the smoke alarm and inform you in time.
- The smoke alarm will only be installed by the responsible company Techem on the agreed date.
- The caretaker will also enter your room with the Techem technician in your absence.
- If the smoke alarm should sound in your absence, it can be removed by the caretaker in charge in order to avoid disturbing your flatmates.
- You will be informed of this by the caretaker!
