What do I have to do after the termination of my lease?
You must get in touch with your caretaker in time to arrange an appointment to move out. You also need to make sure that your room is clean and in proper working order.
How does the room check take place?
The caretaker in charge will check your room on the check-out date to make sure that you have left everything clean and undamaged. Afterwards, you can hand in your keys and move out.
When do I get my deposit back?
The deposit will be refunded to an account named by you approx. 2 months after the end of the tenancy and settlement of the rental account, provided that all conditions from the tenancy agreement have been fulfilled.
Can someone give back my key for me?
