smoke alarm device:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>DO NOT try to repair the smoke detector yourself!<\/li>\n<li>In case of damage, you will be liable for the costs incurred.<\/li>\n<li>If the smoke alarm is defective, remove it from the mounting plate by turning it to the left.<\/li>\n<li>Take the defective smoke alarm to your caretaker.<\/li>\n<li>Leave your contact details with the caretaker (telephone number, e-mail, address, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>The caretaker will arrange an appointment for you to replace the smoke alarm and inform you in time.<\/li>\n<li>The smoke alarm will only be installed by the responsible company Techem on the agreed date.<\/li>\n<li>The caretaker will also enter your room with the Techem technician in your absence.<\/li>\n<li>If the smoke alarm should sound in your absence, it can be removed by the caretaker in charge in order to avoid disturbing your flatmates.<\/li>\n<li>You will be informed of this by the caretaker!<\/li>\n<li>Please also observe the
